On the strength of
our experience in
the Ivory Coast, we
have developed
methods to trace
cocoa beans from the
areas in which they
are picked through
to delivery to
chocolate
manufacturers. The
organisation of this
traceability
naturally depends on
the technical
conditions and
regulations in the
countries in which
we work. In Ghana,
we are studying the
development of a
computerised system
to record deliveries
of bean by planters,
which will provide
very detailed
traceability |
