We
strive
to
improve
the
social
and
environmental
conditions
linked
to
producing
cocoa in
the
different
regions
we get
our
supplies
from. By
improving
the
quality
of the
beans
and the
profitability
of the
plantations,
we
increase
the
revenues
of the
growers
and thus
contribute
to
providing
a better
quality
of life
for the
families.
We are
developing
specific
projects
to meet,
at least
partly,
the
needs of
the
communities
in terms
of
education
and
health.
We
endeavour
to
reduce
the
impact
of the
plantations
on the
environment
through
the
sustainable
use of
input,
better
protection
of
wildlife
and the
integration
of
plantations
in the
agroforestry
area.
In
extension
to our
commitment
to our
own
plantations,
our
participation
in
different
professional
associations
allows
us to
actively
contribute
to
finding
solutions
to the
social,
economic
and
environmental
problems
in the
regions
that
produce
the
cocoa,
coffee
and
spices
that we
sell.
