Focused on providing all necessary guarantees relative to food safety and security, the company SIVANIL has adopted a very strict quality control policy, featuring:
Implementation of the HACCP protocol (operational since August 2006), along with the installation and deployment of new facilities compliant with standards that include: a red vanilla warehouse, a black vanilla processing room, and a "clean" room equipped with an airlock for product preparation;
Complete traceability of all batches from their origin: thanks to our subsidiaries located at the various production sites, we maintain total visibility of the process, from collection all the way to delivery;
Permanent quality control with systematic analyses of all batches, including: physico-chemistry, microbiology, heavy metals, pesticide residues, and carbon 13. These controls are performed in partnership with a Marseille-based French laboratory called VANALYSE (www.vanalyse.fr).

SIVANIL has set the objective of obtaining the ISO 22000: 2005 certification.
